Description

The rugged landscape of the Davis Mountains unfolds from a stone and timber shelter at the Keesey Canyon Overlook in Davis Mountains State Park, Texas. This structure was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) in the 1930s to provide visitors a scenic viewpoint, perfectly framing the historic town of Fort Davis and the vast West Texas terrain below.
